This report focuses on localising inclusive solutions for climate adaptation by highlighting how locally led adaptation approaches can strengthen resilience through gender equality and social inclusion.

It presents experiences from communities where climate change is affecting livelihoods, emphasising the importance of collective action, participation, and locally driven initiatives. The report highlights that inclusive adaptation processes enable communities in Madagascar, led by Tanjona Association, to identify context-specific solutions, strengthen capacities, and address vulnerabilities.

It also recognises the role of knowledge sharing, partnerships, and learning in supporting sustainable and equitable climate adaptation outcomes.
