The ARA Secretariat is responsible for operationalisation and implementation of Alliance activities. They also coordinate input from the Plenary, which is the highest decision-making body of the ARA.
The Secretariat is hosted by a joint partnership between Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) and Chulalongkorn University Social Research Institute (CUSRI), in Bangkok, Thailand.
