CARE USA promotes climate justice by supporting locally led adaptation and amplifying the voices of communities most affected by climate change. The Center works to increase capacities and assets for people of all genders, improve enabling environments through policies and actions by power-holders in the Global North and South, and strengthen the collective voice and action of civil society and social movements.
