The Adaptation Research Alliance (ARA) enages with the the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) to ensure its processes can benefit, insofar as possible, by the depth and breadth of expertise within the Alliance.
The ARA does this by holding Consultative Processes with various partners, and by developing strategic partnership arrangements between member organisations and others where our collective goals and missions are aligned.
Consultative Processes with partners
Consultative Processes are a way of identifying and articulating user needs, and identiying ways for how to address these moving forward. As the ARA seeks to mobilise and scale investment in adaptation research, it is expected that these consultations will play an essential part in informing how collaborations and new programme design can be carried out.
