The ARA welcomes interest from the media in covering adaptation to climate change and the Adaptation Research for Impact approach. Our membership includes leading experts from Global South who can bring a new perspective on important global issues of climate and research that are underrepresented or under-reported.
We assist journalists by providing timely information and interviews with experts who can talk broadly about adaptation to climate change, and with specific focus on areas such as:
- Gender gaps in climate research
- Local & indigenous knowledge in climate change research
- Urban resilience to climate impacts
- Sustainable development and adapting to climate change
