Mary Thompson-Hall

I've been working with START since 2015. I've led START's contributions to the Adaptation at Scale in Semi-Arid Regions (ASSAR) program, the follow-on Collaboration for Adaptation and Resilience in Mali (Co-FARM) project, and more recently, co-led the Promoting Gains in Renewable Energy - West Africa (ProGREEN) program. The most recent work I'm very excited about has been our leadership work that supports young scientists and professionals in building transversal collaboration and leadership skills toward more open, inclusive ways of working with others in the sustainability and adaptation space.
